Galena Creek | Portrait Locations
Galena Creek Park is a versatile place for portraits in any season. This park has evergreens year-round, with a lovely creek running through the majority of the park. Whether you want the changing colors in fall, or a shady place to take portraits in the summer, Galena Creek has you covered. There’s also a pond and winding trails to take advantage of here, too!
Fall Examples:
I’ve taken photos here from early fall until late fall…either way, it’s a good bet. There are plenty of evergreens in late fall if the yellow foliage has fallen!

Winter Examples:
This area gets VERY snowy! Only recommended for the adventurous in this season. If you want to incorporate your love for snow sports into your portraits, this is the perfect spot for that!

Spring Examples:
Spring brings new life and new green foliage to the park. It’s a lovely place when things start to bloom!

SUMMER EXAMPLES:
The most versatile time of year at Galena Creek Park is summer time. The foliage is plentiful and the forest scenery is in it’s PRIME condition.
