About
Hello!
I’m Jentry. I’ve been a Reno High School Senior Photographer & Family Photographer for over a decade.
Photographing high school seniors and families is my passion (and has been for over a decade). I also photograph headshots and offer branding packages!
I adore capturing the memories of incredible milestones for the seniors and families I work with.
I wholeheartedly believe that displaying portraits in your home is one of the best ways to share and show who you are, and what’s important to you.

WHAT IS IT LIKE TO WORK WITH ME?
A photo session with me is about more than just getting a great photo of everyone smiling at the camera (although yes, we will get that)!
Our time during a senior session is a total celebration of an exciting and monumental milestone!
Our time together during a family session is an opportunity for your family to laugh, bond and enjoy time together while I capture real, beautiful moments between all of you. And family sessions can be added on to any senior session, too!
I’ll never leave you worried about how to pose or where to put your hands. I will guide you throughout our time together with natural, effective posing prompts to elicit genuine expressions within meaningful moments.

MY PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE
I’m a natural light photographer, which means that I use the sun as my main light source, but if you take a peek at my portfolio, you’ll see that I occasionally use off-camera lighting to enhance a portrait. With a story-telling and editorial approach, I strive to produce images that feel true to the dynamic and personality of the people I am lucky to photograph. My photography style is cheerful, bright, airy, natural and most importantly – timeless.
I am dedicated to crafting the imagery of your unique story with authenticity – and I capture important moments and relationships with the adoration they deserve.
Maternity portraits are a lovely way to memorialize your incredible body as it changes and grows with new life. Child portraits cheer on your little one as they reach exciting milestones. Senior portraits are all about celebrating what makes you unique as your high school years come to an end. Your family portraits are about documenting and treasuring life in this moment, today.
And these moments – they are so worth reliving through tangible prints, albums and wall art that makes your children feel absolutely ADORED.

I am a mother, a nature lover and an artist.
I married my husband, Matt, in 2011 and immediately became a stepmom to my stepson, Ben, who is now a teenager who drives (ahhhh!!!). I had my first son, Cooper, 3 years later and my fraternal twins, Indiana and Oliver 3 years after that.
My family is my foundation and my motivation.
We live in Sparks and have two dogs and six chickens. I love gardening and taking care of our urban homestead. Fresh eggs are one of life’s most simple pleasures if you ask me!
While I’m not taking care of kids, animals or plants, I love to draw and illustrate. One of my dreams is to illustrate and write a children’s book one day. Snowboarding, hiking and camping are all things that fill my cup – oh, and chai lattes, too.
