Casual Spring Branding Photos in Reno with Marriage Counselor Opening an Online Course

It was such a pleasure to work with Debbie Rasmussen Therapy to create casual spring branding photos in Reno for the launch of Debbie’s new online course! I think it’s so amazing that she is offering this valuable resource!

Part I: Indoor Reno branding photos in Debbie’s Office

We started our branding shoot in Debbie’s office to capture candid and in-action shots of her in her environment. Her office is so calm and welcoming. It was such a lovely space to let Debbie’s clients know what working with her is like. We also created portraits that show Debbie in action. I love the realistic touch of Debbie sitting on the floor as she is known to do when working with her clients!

I also want to note that these indoor portraits were possible because I brought my off-camera lighting system. Instead of relying on overhead lights, we used the off-camera lighting to bring more flattering light into the scene. I am so grateful for my awesome on-location lighting system so I can create portraits like these!

Part II: Outdoor portraits at Rancho San Rafael

After our indoor session was complete, we headed to Rancho San Rafael to capture outdoor branding photos. These convey Debbie’s personality and give a natural look for some of the tasks she does. For example, texting clients or catching up on reading important material.

Rancho San Rafael is one of my go-to locations in winter and early spring. There is always lovely evergreen foliage and cool ranch houses to work with! Debbie’s outfits meshed PERFECTLY with this setting, too.
