VERDI APPLE ORCHARD | SENIOR PORTRAIT LOCATIONS
The Verdi Apple Orchard is one of my all-time favorite senior portrait locations in the Reno/Tahoe area because it’s beautiful and quiet. With such a wide open area to shoot, there are many options for a variety of backgrounds, as you can see in the photos below. This is a rustic nature spot, with some downed trees and a mixture of desert and high sierra foliage.
The orchard boasts lots or variety, and we’ll often see deer frolicking through the meadows at golden hour. This adds a touch of magic to any session. And we can also travel to the rustic bridge for even more country style in your senior portraits.
The surrounding mountains, tall grass and apple trees are such a unique landscape in the Reno/Tahoe area. It’s also perfect for seniors who want to wear flowy dresses or casual outfits like jeans and boots.
