Reno Toddler Portraits at Hidden Valley Regional Park by Reno Toddler Photographer
Matt, Cooper, our new dog Dolores and I visited Hidden Valley Regional Park to check out the dog park. See, Dolores is a huge doberman and she has a lot of energy to burn. Getting out to dog parks with her is a must. She’s such a rambunctious lady that we actually leave our chihuahua at home for these trips. While we were there, I decided to take some Reno toddler portraits of my Coopy Bear.
It was well past 4:30 by the time I pulled out my camera, so I was shooting after sunset. Not my ideal time to shoot, but this particular lens I used can take some pretty cool photos in low light. It was actually nice just to take photos for fun, for once. No pressure…no deadline to edit by such and such date…just a fun time with my toddler.
Hidden Valley Regional Park | Potential for a good family photo spot
Even though it was very muddy, and oh so cold, I also got a feel for what it would be like to photograph families and more Reno toddler portraits etc at Hidden Valley Regional Park. There are lovely mountainous landscapes and a lot of our native high desert foliage (which I adore).
I’m just a huge fan of sagebrush and rabbitbrush…I can’t help it. All in all, I think it will be a beautiful spot in the spring and can’t wait to try it out!

Such cute images! Kids make the most amazing faces, and are so expressive! I don’t have my own kids right now, but anyone looking for a Reno Portrait Photographer or Reno Toddler Photographer, I would highly suggest Jentry Drysen from Fifth & Chestnut. I took a moment to check out Jentry Dryden’s portfolio and saw that Fifth & Chestnut also has one of the best Lake Tahoe Wedding Photographer galleries I have seen. Bravo!
