Awww! That is what you will be saying throughout this whole blog post! I was honored to photograph these adorable twin portraits in Reno, plus their mom and aunt. It was an especially stunning afternoon in Reno.
I’m writing this blog post as it’s snowing, so it’s fun to reminisce about this warm and sunny October day where this family was even able to wear short dresses!
I adore the colors that Reilly chose for her family session. Eloise and Genevieve’s light pink and purple dresses complimented the glowing yellow of our surroundings SO NICELY! I also LOVE Reilly & Marla’s pale blue wardrobe as well…such great coordinating colors!
You may not think of pastel colors when it comes to selecting your family’s wardrobe, but you’ll see below how beautiful pastels can look with the warm tones of fall foliage.
Twin Toddler Portraits at Mayberry Park
When Reilly inquired with me about this family portrait session, I was elated to find out she had twins as well. In case you don’t know, I am also a parent of twins. So it’s always fun for me to get to know other twin parents. And I feel like I have a special understanding of some of the things they experience, which *I think* translates to capturing their portraits in an even more special way.
The girls were SO SWEET and had me laughing the entire session. They were very responsive to my posing requests, so I had a real blast with them. We also spent some time talking about dinosaurs and throwing rocks in the river. It’s REALLY helpful to let toddlers have a little fun during a session to get them interested in the rest of the photoshoot
Thank you, ODonnell family, for choosing me to create your GORGEOUS fall family portraits this year. Hope to see all of your sweet faces again soon!!
