Cherry blossom season is upon us! This is one of my favorite times of the year. The weather is getting nicer, and the flowers are starting to bloom. But in Reno, this is a fickle time. The flowers bloom and inevitably, the wind swoops in over the Sierras (love you, mountains) and blows all the beautiful blossoms away.
How to plan a spring portrait session in reno
So with this fickle time of the year, how do I plan a Spring portrait session in Reno – you ask? The answer is so simple – just plan ahead and schedule your session with your favorite Reno Portrait Photographer (hopefully that’s me!) well in advance. The second you see one of these trees in starting to bloom – it’s time to book your spring portraits!
This year in particular, it looks like early to mid April will be the best time for Spring portraits since these trees have already started to bloom in the Reno area. Contact me to get on my calendar. Availability goes quickly during this amazing cherry blossom season.
Missed the cherry blossom boat?
Aw, don’t worry! We have other blossoming trees and plants that aren’t quite as fragile as the cherry blossoms. We can always find some beautiful flowery spots in the Reno area – and I know exactly where to look.
